• Tumor surgery performed “externally” for initial diagnoses and recurrences, with corresponding reconstructive plastic surgery using tissue transfer and/or implants
• Transoral (from the “inside”) tumor surgery for initial diagnoses and recurrences (using a CO2 laser, etc., as appropriate)
